now its just great athletes playing a pussy game where there is barely any big hits and you can barely touch your opponent without getting

It's not fucking Rugby dickhead. Rugby has no big hits it's a joke. Rugby LEAGUE is totally different. Rugby is the 4th ranked ball sport in Australia for a reason, it's fucking shit compared to what else there is even AFL shits on it and that's saying a lot. Go watch a real game of league his highlight reel is showing what he can do when he makes breaks.

The reason the hits in the NFL are harder is strongly down to the padding. Take the protective armour away, and the players wouldn't be able to hit each other nearly as hard due to risk of getting injured themselves in the process.

The top sports in America are all insular ones that are barely watched, let alone played outside the continent. Therefore, America's dominance in them is irrelevant as Ireland's dominance of Gaelic football.
