Haha, I wish I had awesome, innovative, quirky training tips, but everything I do is super straightforward:
Pull ups 10x3 (assisted, because frankly I'm not strong enough to do 30 pull ups)
Seated cable rows, shoulder width grip 10x 3
Barbell rows 10x3
DB bent over rows 10x3
Lat pull downs, narrow grip 10x3
