I think running is good, the older you get.

I do a fair amount of cardio... but with so many of my friends in their 30s getting knees scoped, I'm just too nervous to hit the pavement and run like I used to love doing.  It's like high school sports or carrying too much weight for 10 years suddenly catches them all at once.
