I follow some pros on twitter just for the entertainment aspect-their tweets are : what did you eat today- what supplements did you take in the am and post workout-"just did hour of cardio"-and much praise to the douche trainers they follow-can I respond with any hormone tweets-or will they delete me lol :-\

You forgot to mention that Ronnie had said that he was doing maintenance, instead of trying to make them grow bigger. Also, in early mags circa 95, he had state that as a 14 yr old be used to curl away at home.

i am at a lighter weight now... sometimes i think about doing a mutation and having it all on a blog or facebook or whatever.... all honest info....
diet... (well what i eat)

training....all 3 days a week! lol!

I don't recall him saying that, but people seem to imitate what they see generally.. also I definitely am not old enough to have read bodybuilding magazines in 95 haha
