what do you guys think, i think this guy needs to post some pics so we can get a look at what a real mountain of ripped muscle looks like. :D
This thread is retarded... if it's warm and you're sweating wear whatver the hell you want... I'm close to the size of a pro and I always wear a tank in the gym.. clen and ephedrine make you sweat like crazy.. why would I wear a big ass t shirt or long sleeve and then leave with the thing dripping wet !??! retarded.

Having studied Karate, Systema, Boxing and Muay Thai, I officially feel that MT has a more rigorous warm up session then I ever had in karate. In Karate I wasn't sweating buckets after 30 minutes of warming up with high energy intense cardio.. in fact it was pretty mild compared to MT where we keep going like machines for 30-45 minutes straight.. That's my personal opinion :)

Getting "big" really isn't that hard with the right drugs... there are lots of guys as big as pros in local gyms. The difference is most of them have crappy genetics and look like shit... severely underdeveloped parts, ugly muscle shape, etc. Think "greg kovacs" only worse.

You should be able to take any average pro and closely match them in every aspect of their muscular development. For example, he should be able to stand next to Melvin Anthony, Dennis Wolfe, Gustavo Badell and sync up with them tit for tat in muscular size.

To call yourself near pro size you can only consider lean muscular weight. I weigh a ton, but I ain't anywhere close to a pro....claims like that are ridiculous.

thanks bro, i used to hang with the smaller pros size wise pretty good. nowadays im more focussing on keeping the health look and lifting for the fun of it, my joints wont allow me to go very heavy anymore too.

Why would I post a pic of my face when I've admitted to using steroids? (which is illegal in the US - I live in Michigan) Now, why also would I want to risk my career as well? Note: I haven't touched steroids since July 2007 & I've got none in my possession. I also have no future plans to cycle anytime soon. However, it probably would not be good for my career to have pics of me outthere admitting to steroid use.
Anyway, a couple people out there in getbigland know me & believe it or not I actually exist & train. I've trained with Arnold Jr & strength (from the natty board) is actually a good friend of mine.

Why would I post a pic of my face when I've admitted to using steroids? (which is illegal in the US - I live in Michigan) Now, why also would I want to risk my career as well? Note: I haven't touched steroids since July 2007 & I've got none in my possession. I also have no future plans to cycle anytime soon. I think some of you guys are delusional about how big some of these pro's are, seeing pics in the magazines.. I've met most of them and am friends with the 4 or so pro's living in Toronto.. they're not as big as you all imagine.. some were outright freaks (tommy thorvildsen, Jeramy Freeman, Matt Duvall) but most of them are just short and thick.. not nearly as huge as most of you think, the pics in flex make them all look gigantic, then you meet them in real life and go.. oh... that's it !??

I think some of you guys are delusional about how big some of these pro's are, seeing pics in the magazines.. I've met most of them and am friends with the 4 or so pro's living in Toronto.. they're not as big as you all imagine.. some were outright freaks (tommy thorvildsen, Jeramy Freeman, Matt Duvall) but most of them are just short and thick.. not nearly as huge as most of you think, the pics in flex make them all look gigantic, then you meet them in real life and go.. oh... that's it !??

I don't know what Pros you know, but the Pros I train with are fucking huge offseason and even a day before contest. You have a nice build that is low on bodyfat, but you are nowhere near Pro Size.
