They have to do a separate test the regular opioid test on a 5 panel will not catch it despite catching every other actual opioid since it is abused it has been added to a lot of 7 and 10 panel test but again it is a separate test a regular check for opioids does not catch it you have to specifically test for tramadol since it is something different not an opioid.
