Did you hear from a friend?.. or stumbled upon the site after entering "men in banana hammocks" on a search engine.

On a side note, I know no one cares... I was actually checking out the gossip and opinions on the front page for about a year before I even checked out the forum section.

Some guy on bbing.com was saying that it was a disgrace..a haven for scum, trolls and angry losers who tear the pros a new one...I liked the sound of that.

I came looking for info on training and diet. Looked around a bit and saw it was total anarchy and stayed.

It was cool to be serious when needed and a place to fuck off unlike the other boards.

Prior to that I was in boards where you hear the same shit. "Looking swole Bro", "Massive gains Bro", "Keep pumping Bro", Your my Bro, Bro" It sucked. Bro.

I used to casually visit getbig back in 2003. I was originally a member of Muscle Mayhem (Known as NYCMAN back then) and then after getting banned for enforcing the Mower Movement (circa 2005 or so), I came here and since then have called this place home...

My roommate hooked up his Mac, and one night I was checking out the internet (which was new to me at the time) and did a search on Yahoo or another search engine for "bodybuilding" and GetBig.com was the first thing to pop up. That was '03. Maybe earlier.
