This guy is 5' 10" 187 pounds...not huge, but excellent conditioning. He credits diet, exercise, and mild supplementation for his physique (no admission of gear use).
Honestly, what does it take to look like this? Is it all diet and exercise, or do you need a "finishing touch"?

Drugs, diet and exercise with a modicum of "genetics" thrown in. If genetics were really all it took then drugs would not be needed. And to look like this, they are needed to some degree.
He looks great, no doubt about it.

That photo is wildly enhance. He does not look like that in real life.
To look like him you have to be him. To look similar to him you have to have a similar skeletal structure and muscle shape. Then you have to be very discipline with your diet, training, nutrition and hormone use. No secret.

Discipline, genetics, nutritional fanaticism and a large bank account so that you can be at the gym all day, everyday.

Though GetBig includes bodybuilding and is advertised as such, I really don't consider it primarily a bodybuilding or even a working out website. Look at the threads. Majority have nothing to do with bodybuilding. That's OK with me. There's only so much you can say about bodybuilding. It's really not that interesting and compelling a subject.

Yeah, this dude was on a show about biggest spenders in the UK. He showed off his GH collection and boasted about how expensive it was.
Guess what? Now he owns a supplement company and is claiming natty and his wonderful protein powder and fat burners did all the work... ::)

I'm sure he knows how to hold a football! It's the photographers telling him to hold it like that so the average viewer can clearly see it's a football (ie they can see the laces and entire ball)...
Or he's from England etc...
