No it doesnt' go away. Those glands enlarge and I'm pretty sure that's it. Like that weird frien you always have around who takes his shirt off at the pool and has like 13 breast buds.

LOL it's common knowledge that the kid had steroids in him at a very young age. Either that caused the gyno or the possibility the he continued using them even after his father was arrested.
Sure boys in their teens can catch gyno naturally but it's not overly common and just seems typical that he'd get it.
