If sex changes and abortions were PROVEN to result in a higher risk of say cancer or death or future costs to American's i would be all for it.  Until you can prove that correlation i won't support such a measure.

It's not about dropping the rate Billy.  It's about informing consumers and making sure people who take a higher risk are not being a burden on other people.  

Democrats don't hate small business, this is about high risk behavior being paid for out of the pocket of those who under take that risk.  Nothing more.

Uh 333 if a rock climber gets hurt he has to foot the bill for rescue so he is paying if he/she gets hurt.  Same with back country skiing/snowboarding.  If i go out i take on the risk that if i'm hurt i pay for my rescue.  I would be open to paying a tax on back country ski goods if i didn't have to pay for my rescue because i should have to pay

Hmmm they are opposing view points though.  Fascism is the enemy of communism, and neither are democratic or allow a democratic process.  I have yet to see this administration bring forth laws that would restrict voters for doing just that voting.

That's not the point Chad.  His argument is that the tax is justified because the actions of these people may cost the taxpayer in the future.  If you're sun tanning on the beach, your actions may cost the taxpayer in the future.  So why aren't we taxing those people?
