I sit at 199 right now with a bodyfat of under 7% (it's around 6 and has been for several months). You know, low enough to where you can see striations and veins in your shoulders, quads, pecs, back, obliques, etc. I stay this way because I can...it's called DEDICATION. I have more lean muscle mass than Alex does but I don't get on here and act like everyone should bow down before me. I'm nothing compared to pros. I'm just about on par with someone like Layne Norton when it comes to Natural guys.
Alex, I'll lay down the final gauntlet: You pick the drug-tested show...anywhere in Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina...any show. I will whip the floor with your ass at the show. You pick the month. I only need about 2 weeks to get ready for a show...year round. You'd need at least 4 months.
You pick. Name the show and the place. You will get your ass handed to you. Why? Because I'll be in better physical condition than you, have better seperation in all bodyparts, be more vascular and have a waist of 28 inches when the BF is 5% of less (which takes a couple weeks for me). I'm in better shape right now, just being like I am year round, than you've EVER been at any point in your life. You don't have a pic in your arsenal of you under 7.5% bodyfat, just like I said you didn't. Why? Because you are a fatass for life, that's why.
