Actually fucked my neck training traps in march. Power shrugs out of a . stoopid heavy weight with "rest-pause" (like 1-2sec rest, if you can call that rest pause.. but the way it goes back down on the pins between each rep and I reset my grip quick). Was using 655 or 675 when I did it and turned my head at top of movement. Range of motion is only like 3-4" but its the only way they grow.

Stimulate not annihilation. 135 rear shrugs high reps, 2 sec pause. Or dumbbell shrugs using 80s-90s. Ain't no need to be doing 600+ pound shrugs after your operation. You ain't Kevin "traps" Levrone.

tried all that. been training 20+yrs... they don't grow without that ballistic shit.

Most of my joints are fucked.

My left arm is decent, can lift a weight and hold it straight.

My right arm shakes as i lift a cup, a pencil, a paper etc
