let's hear what all of you Greek statues eat in a typical day.
Breakfast: at my local diner, omelette (usually one with ham, sausage, and bacon), with a side of fries, and a stack of pancakes (or french toast) lathered in butter and smothered in syrup. Lots of coffee too.
Meal 2: Half a grapefruit, some berries, piece of toast with peanut butter, protein shake
Meal 3 (post workout shake): 4 scoops protein powder, glutamine, 2 bananas, 6 dates, 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 4: 1 to 1.5 pounds sirloin (broiled), boiled broccoli and potatoes
Meal 5: Eat out with the gang, usually at a bar
Meal 6: protein shake (then bed)
