Happy New Year to all.

Today begins the first day to building a better body and the official start of destroying Anssi Manninen, the Muscular Development "(gym)Science Editior". I will be eating EVERY single meal at MCDONALD`S to achieve this rather simple feat.

I am saving all of the receipts, keeping a journal and doing some video as well. This project should be very interesting as you will see me mantain a physique at 6 percent and then eventually to an incredible 3 percent and lower. All by eating MCDONALD`S.


NO SUPPLEMENTS
NO DRUGS
NO CARDIO

ALL MCDONALD`S! and of course some weight training.

Lets see.... big macks, cookies, ice cream (swamp sludge mcflurry!), doughnuts, cereal, fudge bars (my fave), and tons of italian food.... dont use fat burners... clean for 4 months.....i took this today just for you squadfather about 10min ago

let's hear what all of you Greek statues eat in a typical day.

Breakfast: at my local diner, omelette (usually one with ham, sausage, and bacon), with a side of fries, and a stack of pancakes (or french toast) lathered in butter and smothered in syrup. Lots of coffee too.

Meal 2: Half a grapefruit, some berries, piece of toast with peanut butter, protein shake

Meal 3 (post workout shake): 4 scoops protein powder, glutamine, 2 bananas, 6 dates, 1 cup oatmeal

Meal 4: 1 to 1.5 pounds sirloin (broiled), boiled broccoli and potatoes

Meal 5: Eat out with the gang, usually at a bar

Meal 6: protein shake (then bed)

You just seem like the type of guy that would freak if he missed a meal.  ;D

My diet isn't as consistent..

Meal one: Cereal, protein shake and multivitamins

Meal two: Rice and chicken, or sandwich with double meat

Meal three: post-workout shake and some rice

Meal four: beef jerky or 2-3 dannon light yogurts

Meal five: usually a protein shake, or fried eggwhites

And I drink 250ml alcohol 2-3 nights a week.

Actually dropped around 7 pounds with this diet.. hahahaha I lift 4 times a week, and run around 1.5 miles on the treadmill after lifting(also around 4 days a week, excluding leg day). Drink a ton of coffee and take some ephedrine.

I do count calories.. Like the other day I had some icecream which I estimated to be around 600 cals, so I decided to skip a meal. I see no real adverse effects from this.

Pre-Workout: Whey Isolate & 3oz of Yam

PWO: Whey Isolate & 1/4 cup of oats

Lunch: bean sprouts & 4oz of tuna

Dinner: bean sprouts & 6oz chicken

3am Meal (set alarm): Why Isolate & seven Cherrios.

Hahahaha your diet looks about the same as mine when I am trying to get under 10%BF...Except the running part I do better with 45 minutes on the crosstrainer(Dislocated my left knee before and the treadmill tears it up)

Camel Jockey, there is a reason behind the way my diet is structured. In the time I have been on these forums, I have witnessed countless debates on the genetics/nutrition/training/hard work/drugs issue. I decided the only way I could find out was to try it out on myself. So I decided to progressively improve my diet (old habits are hard to break), and put more thought into my training, and see where that leads me.

The idea is, if after a few years of hard training and proper eating and doing everything right (or as close as possible), if after all that I don't look good, then I'll have a clear conscience knowing I have given it my best but it isn't the thing for me.

If, on the other hand, I develop a decent physique, then maybe I will get in contest shape and compete some time!

That's the spirit, bro.. Gotta find what works for you.

Like people were telling me that alcohol is horrible, but I've found no real adverse effects from drinking it 2-3 nights a week. And as for certain junk food, well, I just make sure I'm within my limits in terms of calories. It's worked pretty well so far.

I'm cutting now, at the rate of 5-7 lbs per month. So far it's gone very well and I haven't lost any muscle and have actually made some improvements(legs and back detail). The hard running maybe only 7-12 minutes, but it's very hard and gets my heart rate up.. I burn around 150-220 calories and feel a lot better than when I didn't do any cardio.
