Title: Flexonline - where are the Phil Heath videos?

It’s been a nearly year since most of us have seen Phil Heath on stage, so we’re all anxious to see what improvements The Gift has made since placing fifth at the 2007 Arnold Classic. We spoke to Phil today, and he told us he’s weighing close to 250 pounds five weeks out from the Ironman Pro on February 16. These two shots are screen captures of video taken yesterday by FLEX correspondent Isaac Hinds. Look for the training video early next week on flexonline.

They said this on sunday!!! It's wednesday now. Liars.....
