It’s been a nearly year since most of us have seen Phil Heath on stage, so we’re all anxious to see what improvements The Gift has made since placing fifth at the 2007 Arnold Classic. We spoke to Phil today, and he told us he’s weighing close to 250 pounds five weeks out from the Ironman Pro on February 16.
