thanks brothas...i havent worked traps in about 5 months, because when i do i cant isolate my side delts with lateral raises...the traps just take over. so im just letting them slowly catch up through indirect work...like standing rows.
and i dont do any front delt work......from the pictures does it look like i should..? or is everything in proportion? (^^^^^not my mouth and body..lol ;D)
