Yeah, I've been working hard on trying to bring them up, I guess for a natty their supossed to be the hardest body part to attain?? But in terms of chest, I always switch from DB's to BB's from week to week, I start with incline, then flat, then decline, and finish with a superset of incline flies, and peck deck, sometimes I alternate peck deck with cable cross overs.
