I don't dislike Phil at all. I would take his look ANY day over Jay, even Dorian. Shredded every time, decent waist, sick back. Prefer Dex but he's getting older. A friend who's sponsored by Universal, competitive Amatuer bb who knows his shit, laughed when someone said Phil was narrow. Has met Health and said the last thing Health is is narrow and his delts were huge. He was also at the O and said Kai won but that's neither here nor there

It was a 15 minute drive to get there and another 15 minutes to go back... and in the end it got to me i guess... :-\
There are some people training there which i dont like...they all got big mouths and are constantly forming little groups...women were pretty awesume there...but i found my self tits and ass staring most of the time so my workouts werent so great... ;D
I workout 5 minutes away from my home now ...

You've got a point.. somewhat.
I was genuinely curious about what you were saying, so I took a look in photoshop and indeed, I discovered that the total width of Phil is in parity.
What you're seeing below is Phil's width compared to Cutlers (no zoom, in that picture he really is wider, though perspective may be the reason).
The second image is why you are wrong. It is his chest compared with Cutler's. As you can see, he IS more narrow, it's just in the torso (and you can see that I didn't even do Cutler justice, on the right side, I cut him a bit wrong).
Think about that for a second. In that photo he's wider than cutler yet his chest is significantly less wide. I did not in any way modify the image.
When I look at Phil, I don't see a balanced physique. I see giant, impressive arms, small shoulders compared them and a very narrow chest width.
Hope that lays to rest what you're saying which was valid but not quite the right focus.

He is mostly narrow in his clavicles and his pecs and his lines, how he tapers etc. Actual shoulder width is made up out his his deltoids and how he poses and he has brought it up some lately. Relaxed he is narrower than Jay surely.
Not to forget, he is also narrow in the back. Terrible rear and front lat.
