hey sesame chicken is the best food ever. i just reorganized my diet on sunday and had sesame chicken today. of course it's not part of the diet. i just ate it instead of chicken breast, brown rice and almonds. my other meals are 6 eggs with Go Lean cereal and another meal of ground beef with cheese and ketchup... also 3 shakes. if Lee Priest sees this post chicken and rice is not such a boring meal. it tastes good on the George Foreman Grill with Adobo Goya!

what's wrong with the diet? protein shakes are good. chicken is good. beef is good. almonds are good. eggs are good. kashi go lean cereal is good. 3260 calories 363 grams protein 234 carbs 111 fat

That's not a flower it's carrot shaped like that. I eat mine with rice and no flower shaped carrot unless it's a nice restaurant. i eat ghetto chinese.

It's not exactly something to write about that's all I'm saying. I like how u have the exact numbers figured out.... that was a good touch. You sure it's not 112 or 110 total fat grams? it's exactly 111 right?
By the way...your number add up to 3387 calories is that gonna ruin your whole strategy ? you're off by almost 117 calories!!!!! what are you gonna do to fix this tragic mistake??? :o

no really how did u come up with these precise numbers? You always use the same amount of cheese and ketchup right cause that might mess up all your little equations and disrupt the time space continuum like in back to the future.

I have been pretty much addicted to sesame chicken several times and it very good for you if you are not on a strict diet and eat it right after your workout.

oh yea they're off. i was changing it a little bit and i must have forgotten to fix the total number... OOPS. I dont do the diet every day. i replace meals with others but the numbers are about the same.

i can't believe so many people haven't eaten sesame chicken. every single chinese takeout place sells it. it's the same thing and general tso's chicken but it has the little sesame seeds on top. every place makes it a little different. some places put tons and tons of that sauce on it and some don't put much and the chicken is crunchier. some give you broccoli some don't. some give you white rice, some fried rice... sesame chicken! sesame chicken! it's what i would eat before getting the electric chair.

can't you tell this is funny to me? you think i'm really going crazy at home doing backflips over sesame chicken? it's my favorite food. i drink. my favorite drink is amaretto with a little cranberry. also good scotch but i can't drink it any more because once i bought a bottle of johnny walker blue label and when it ended i couldn't afford any since then and drinking other scotch is not the same. might be time to kill this thread.

I make tons of oriental food but never Asian chicken. I was thinking that next time I stop by the oriental store that's what I need to pick up, sesame seeds and sesame oil!! Mmm. :)
