Couple things about Lionel.  He is 30 (Heath's age) 5'10 250 contest weight.  From what I've seen of his training style it's not that heavy but very strict. Stimulate don't annihilate.

He had one in MD i think where he was training chest.

Im not 100% sure though. I searched for it (no homo) but didnt find it.
