The guy in first beats me the others? Eh I don't know a case can be made if I come in shredded. But to really do my best I need to get my pec fixed so that is the first step we are going backwards before we go forward.

Anyway whoever that is in the pick Jeff shared he wasn't in my class at Nationals last year. I also have bigger arms than whoever that happens to be.

I said I was out that day and I was I never said for eternity. Mike asked actual legitimate questions about the show, so I replied. If you guys want to start posting gay porn again or attacking my family, I have other shit I can do today as well.

My arms also were better. Quads are a wash. The big guy had the best calves by far. They both are hitting a hamstring flex with legs spread I have my feet together and I am not flexing my hams. In the side chest though my hams look thicker than theirs but regardless I will give them hams and calves but that's not enough for them to win. I am winnings shoulders, Arms, Back, Abs like I said the other guys looked good but yeah It was a clear win. Again, funny you have been saying for 4 years I don't have a back now it's back doesn't count lol.

Why is my pic blurry when you post it? You enlarge my pic to make me less crisp anyway regardless of your opinion I plan to compete in Nationals next summer and I intend to do well. However, my first focus is getting my pec repaired. It will require a long hard recovery, but I should be good by next July.

In 45+ Classic Class A had 9, Class B had 13 and Class C had 5, but one DNF. So that’s why he says he can make top 5.

Well according to 3 IFBB Pro Judges I was ready on stage at 215lbs. You guys don't get to claim I am delusional when I am winning NPC Shows. The guys I competed against had professional coaches and everything. I won and I will do it again there are a lot of smaller shows I can win but why diet for that? If I am going to miss a meal I am going to Nationals. But yeah it is a year a way and I may get serious orthopedic surgery before then so will see but absolutely I plan to go to and eventually win Nationals.

I was the winner. There were 3 contestants they moved me to the middle and declared me the winner. Gave me a first place medal and everything. Deal with it
