Nightly.  Got some temazipam a few weeks ago.  Worked ok one night, another night nothing. 

Ever try remembering your dream from the night before while in bed?  Or just let your mind wander where it wants?  Bah!  What the hell do I know...

I'm on two different meds...helps but doesn't solve anything...

When i fall asleep on the couch for no reason, i sleep no problem.

2 times a week like clock work i stay up no matter what nyquil dont even put me down

you have insomnia because you have anxiety. you are worried about something. Find out what is bothering you and deal with it.

I almost never have a problem going back to sleep as long as it is dark. if the sun is up i usually have a hard time falling back alseep. i have thick black curtians in my bedroom for this reason.

i wake up at least once every night, either to piss or just for no reason.

Falling asleep the first time is the hardest part, but i have found that meditation works very well unless i am really stressed out and my mind won't stop racing.

i think my problem is anxiety.

ZMA, L-tryptophan, Benedryl all work well for me.

About 12 years...got really, really bad whilst I was still working in Korea. It hasn't gotten back to 'normal' levels since...

I did at the job..currently I don't, which is why I wonder why it hasn't improved...maybe burnout? ???
