BUT you need to diet hard and get down to that low bf level. (Look at this years winner). Then see what you got left and compare. Anyone can look semi muscular thinking they can just diet for 5 weeks without losing much size and be competition ready.
While building some muscles and staying lean, pretty much anyone can do. Being contest ripped is the real achievement, and will always mean you lose size, especially if you are natural. You will just have to try it to realize.
