Yeah Im sure it didn't work a lot of people dont realize that if your diet is not on point then you will see no results.

I'm sure this is the theory that many of top bodybuilders in the industry are going with too right?  They just diet and eat Wheaties.

It doesn't take a pro to want to supplement dummy.  Anyone can state the obvious with diet.  There's a reason why there are threads for discussion and if it were only about diet, then there's no need for the thread.
