That's not assault. She interrupted a rally and assumed her free speech was more valuable than that of others. She also took clear advantage of being female and made things take longer by playing with the cell phone.

if Im not mistaken - you get a permit to protest and in most jurisdiction you have a designated area to protest and as long as you are within those confines then your obeying the law

Like others have said, let a white person try grabbing a microphone away from Louis Farrakhan and see what happens. Try shouting down Obama and count the number of seconds until you're on your stomach. Just because Bernie Sanders is a complete pussy of the highest order who cries and walks off the stage when two hoodrats grab his microphone while his security does nothing doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. Free speech doesn't extend to shouting over the speaker at an event. Imagine if someone did that on a college campus every time they disagreed with a speaker. No one would ever be heard.
