I mix my synthol/creatine 50/50 and shoot it into each bodypart except for forearms and legs.

My legs are already strong from walking so I don't work them.

Yes, my shoes seem heavy and I feel that's enough of a leg workout for me. Squats are for people who don't walk at any point during the day or if they have really light shoes.
