Shoot you should be the most sought after "Get HUGE" specialist in the industry, I mean the stuff u come up with at the ripe age of 24 or (whatever u are) u could really shed some light to alot of the industry experts who have been in the biz for 15+ years. Since you have no track record and still live with your parents I can see how you would be hard for people to find u though lol

vo2 max cant be reached if the weight is too light, too much rest, or the muscle is too weakend from FATIGUE TO DO ANYMORE WORK

vo2 max is maximal oxygen uptake so therefore there is no harder way to workout than this thus working harder has always worked better than working easier , that goes for anything in life

working harder is like talking to 35 different hoes in one night getting 8-12 numbers WONDERFUL

working less is like talking to 20 hoes and only getting 4-8 numbers NOT AS GOOD AS WONDERFUL

me and adonis are like apples and oranges. theres too much height difference to really compare. hes a great guy too and he luvs fuckin with you guys hes really a nice guy but doesnt show it ever on here lol.

i think anyone with good work ethic can be just as good as the best man...why? its really all about nutrient partioning for the natural

example a guy who works out 2 hours a day and eats 5000 calories will always be more supercomenated of nutrients inside muscles than a guy working out 1 hour a day eating 4000 calories

and muscle size can change fast! depending upon the days and hours of  training and calories day in day out. ill always be bigger than someone SHORTER thats just a fact even with less training i have more structure. but take two guys that are 5feet10 of even size and make one spend 1 more hour in the gym plus 1000 extra calories perday...well guess what, who do you think will look bigger

then after that its all about dialing it in and conditioning

As much as daddywaddy can get on your nerves he IS lightyears ahead of Apenis.  Apenis in no way can even come close to what waddy has right now.  If waddy can stop being like Apenis and just DO IT and not talk like Apenis who has done nothing, then he could do something and make some good moeny and name for himself.
