Title: the Doc became a patient

Good win for big Sean Allen. I had to check myself into the hospital I work in last week with appendicitis. Had laparoscopic(keyhole) surgery. It felt very strange being a patient in the operating room I usually work in. Maybe i'll be more sympathetic now. ;D

1. Right Lower quadrant pain
2. rebound tenderness (when applying pressure, you feel the pain upon release)

rebound tenderness is a very reliable sign. you can play tennis about 4 weeks after.
By the way D O C are my initials hence the nickname. It came long before med school. In reality if anyone refers to me by Dr i ask them to use my first name. ;D
