These days singers are not about talent or even a good voice but just marketable. There's one rap song I heard where the guy sounded like he had Down's syndrome.

I always thought Sean Connery > Roger Moore as James Bond.

Roger was good in "The Persuaders" and "The Saint" though.

Only true James Bond was Sean Connery imho.

It is widely thought that his role in the Disney film "Darby O'Gill" is what secured him the part of James Bond.

Sure, I wouldn't listen an acapella type rap, but when I listen to rap I judge a lot of it by the lyrics. With rap I judge by - Beat, Flow, Lyrics - first by word play, then by actual meaning, and finally the presence that rapper has both live and recorded.

For instance, I'd put a prime Eric B and Rakim right up there with many of the top rock groups, etc..... in terms of musical talent.

Haha, yes. Rap is great. Who could forget such gems as "move bitch, get out tha way" and "good googly moogly, that thang is juicy".  ;D

And "Hey Joe", "Hot For Teacher", "Living on A Prayer" , etc..... are masterpieces?

It's a good song, but not because of the lyrics really. It has to be taken as a whole, same with a lot of rap. It's a fallacy that all rap is crap, and you just chop up a bunch samples, talk some gibberish over it, and you're done.

How is this considered music  ???

Dude, you sound like my grandfather.

Music evolves, so should you.

Or in the OPs example, devolves.

OR, it wasn't a devolution after all.

Maybe, just maybe, the direction music was going into was a dead end.

Who knows.

Enjoy the moment and move on. I don't know where this human obsession for staying put comes from. At one point we decided to walk upright.

Move on.

living on a prayer is not a masterpiece..but it is consider a genious comparing to the 2000s garbage ...I mean you cant compare living on  prayer to hotel california or billy jean ..just not in the same league but! it is Mozart compared to 2016 rubbish

music is dead

The example in the OP (by "RAE SREMMURD") is the epitome of devolution / backward evolution, reverting into primitivity.

It is not even music.

We should never stay put or regress but evolve.
