is that tazz?

no, that is Skandar Akbar, a way over manager in Mid-south, world class, etc....

The question about Midnight Rider.  Yes, Dusty started that angle in Florida after losing a "loser leaves town" match to Sullivan.  He also brought it to the mid-atlantic area later.

The question about Midnight Rider.  Yes, Dusty started that angle in Florida after losing a "loser leaves town" match to Sullivan.  He also brought it to the mid-atlantic area later.

I remember in Mid-Atlantic, the Midnight Rider was used to terrorize the Four Horseman...for some reason, Tully Blanchard in particular.  Although in that case, Dusty hadn't lost a "loser leave town" match, but had been suspended for hitting Tully with a bat.

Tully vs Dusty feud was great.  I always really liked Tully on the mic and he was an excellent worker in the ring.
