Exactly, the top guys stayed the same. where as mentioned earlier Chris Master (and others) shrunk quite a bit.

But, Masters suffered a major injury, a severly torn pec which you can obviously see.

Most guys come into the fed jakked as they will do anything to appear larger then life. After they settle in and hit the A Game, there is no need to have the jakked physique. People want to hear you on the mike and also wrestle.....

You also have to remember there is no test for GH and Insulin which is why people like Cena are able to get away.....and do you think Vince will truly suspend the "A" players like Batista when he was there???

Also is they have scripts from Dr's...case closed...

He's suspended them before, just like RVD and Jeff Hardy.

RVD was far from a top guy when he was suspended. I think Rey had to drop the ICC to Morrison because of a wellness suspension.

RVD was used to recreate ECW; they gave him TWO world titles, one of which he won at John Cena's expense.

Yet, he had to drop the WWE title to Edge and the ECW World title to Big Show, because of his failed drug test.

No he was. That's why he was so pissed.
I thought it was about recent drug testing though (Mason Ryan). That seems to be the disconect.

RVD was on the gas ?!?  I always assumed it was for weed or some other rec drug.  He probably just an enhanced jug of Plasmosis !!

WWE's Wellness Policy isn't just about steroids, especially since those are the drugs that seems to be killing people. It's the painkillers and narcotics.

And, as I've mentioned several times, the roid users ain't just the one with bodybuilder-type physiques. Remember guys like Jake Roberts were taking 'roids. And Umaga got suspended and eventually fired, as well for the policy violation. He was reported to be using anabolics, as well.

Now, we learn that Jeff Hardy has been busted for possessing narcotics AND anabolic steroids. So, is it safe to say he may have been using the latter, himself? Of course, few would peg him as a steroid-user, simply because he wasn't/isn't built like Cena, Batista, or even John Morrison.

Correct: The Wellness Policy encompasses more than steroids, but this thread is about steroids, specifically, as indicated in the title.
Your post is absolutely correct and accurate.
I'm sure everyone here agrees about that.

Interestingly enough steroids are something they watch but it is really more of the pains and sleep meds. If you look at most of the deaths over the yrs it is really due to these 2 avenues rather than the roids themselves....

But, we've seen people get popped for roids. And, as stated earlier, it ain't just the super-muscular guys as demonstrated by the suspensions of guys like Sabu (and perhaps, RVD), Jeff Hardy, and Umaga. :D

Here's an example of how Vince tests his top stars:

In the late eighties / early ninties Howard Finkle's urine was used to bypass Hogan's tests. It all came out in the 1992 Steroid Trial of McMahon.

With the pounding that these guys take in the ring, is Chris Masters taking any risk by injecting synthol into his pecs?

That's a good question.
I know one of the divas apparently popped a saline implant years ago - can't remember who, though.
I'm not sure how the synthol could work.

JMO, but I think long-term synthol use is bad for the body.
Plus, frequent use increases the incident for risk...just ask Milos & Valentino.

I believe it happened to Chyna back in 2000-2001.

His pec is torn. How is Synthol going to help him?

Plus, it won't help his in-ring performance, anyway.

No, Masters is not taking synthol. It would be ridiculous as it would do absolutely nothing for him in that business. But something is defiantely wrong with his pecs. They look more like female breasts. Like bad gyno or something. Maybe a genetic thing.

Performance-wise, no.
The only pupose(s) the oil serves is cosmetic/appearance.

Lots of "experts" between 99-02 swore that HHH used synthol for site injections.

I honestly don't know how prevalent its use is among today's performers, but I never heard of or saw anyone using it.
Balls Mahoney once talked to me in detail about what he "did" to trim down & get in shape back around 2003.
It was quite the candid conversation - especially considering he'd only met me that afternoon.

I'm no synthol expert, but, that right pec looks like a torn muscle balled up underneath the skin.

Did he have surgery? Doesn't look like it.
