No homo but anyone recommend an easy to swallow multivitamin. Seems a lot of them are big horse pills. Prefer smooth coating but not required, thanks.
-
You could also look for chewables. I know there are multivits as chewables, but I don't know which brands.
We have chewable vit D3 tablets, and they're actually quite yummy with chocolate flavour.
-
Good idea however I am concerned that these may be bad for the teeth. :-\
-
Our chewable vit D3 tabs are without sugar...

Much smaller than a typical vit C cap.

Try Carlson Labs Mini-multi. The vitaminshoppe carries them.

Orange Triad or the GNC vita packs.
-
I haven't taken them in years, but AST's multi is/was a two-a-day that was smooth coated and of a manageable size.

I LOVE liver tabs - although, I think I developed an acute case of gout from them.

How do you like to prepare it?
Most people seem to gravitate towards the liver & onion type recipes.

My grandmother used to make a great liver pate'. She used one of those old-fashioned meat grinders and ran it through 2 or 3 times til it was super smooth. It had hard boiled eggs and olive oil, but that's all I remember ~ probably onions and garlic with other seasonings along with chicken livers.

These both sound like recipes I would very much like to try.

pate is very easy... (not a shot at you GM... just encouragement for peeps to try)...
i make fois gras 3-4 times per year which is slightly harder but still super easy... not diet food...

do not grind the liver... unnecessary and your grinder will always smell like liver
