Classic BB debate 5-6 feel much better, mentally and in my stomach. I become sleepy when I double the carb intake. My gut feeling* says that your body can't absorb 80 gr of protein from 1 meal, so I eat/drink 5-6 times 40 grams. (*I know, this is a debatable subject)
6 times per day is stupidity! 2-3 times is enough!Do u drive to the gas station to fill up your tank just a little so u can go there again some houers later?
What about the wood stove analogy. Is feeding the fire better to do 6 times a day in smaller amounts where it doesn't get too low or too high or 3 times a day in larger amounts where it will have it's ups and downs?
No one can answer this question for you. You must train/diet/eat and find your own answer.The answer for me is quite clear; 5-6 smallish/moderate sized meals per day is the answer. Noodle is a funny word.
