You have not said one thing correct yet.
And yet you can't back that up, can you? I've proven that you're a liar, can you show that you've never lied on here? Can you show that you've never been caught in a lie once on GetBig? I think not

225 is simple weight.

Most of you are not good deadlifters at all.

Try it and see.
Yes it is simple weight but what does any trainer get out of deadlifting anything 100 times?  Absolutely nothing, unless you count endless long-term torture on your lower back.  Pure stupidity if you can do it to begin with. 5000 calories in a sitting?  Ummmmmmmm

WHY?  You're obviously not astute to nutrition.  Even if you're in a mass phase that is pure stupidity.  Bodybuilding nutrition is not an eating contest.  If you do eat 5000 calories in one sitting you must be bulimic.  Whoever is going to witness this take pics of him yacking up his yams and steak within 10 minutes.

i've never seen anyone even do 20 reps on the deadlift except some videos from strongmen guys just trying to go crazy. this is more than impossible, the fact that we're even talking about it is just stupid.

monster reading comprehension, dipshit. ::)

but in case i need to elaborate, here goes: people in training don't do 20 reps on the deadlift because it's entirely pointless. if you can find me anyone who has recently used the most weight they can handle for a set of 20 on the deadlift i'll give you your next 5000 calorie meal for free. so for you to claim that you did over 100 reps is akin to me claiming i did 135 pound walking lunges for four and a half miles.

Well I could have said 10,000 lbs or .005 lbs for 20 reps, which would have been better?

i'll tell you what, i'll make the deal easier. 225 for just 75. if you can do 112 but it's hard, 225 for 75 shouldn't be that difficult. and if you make it past 50 i'll give you some token respect just for trying.

what do you think, big guy? willing to put up or shut up?

Yeah, because you're an expert on good form for back exercises ::) Why don't you post those pics of you doing lat pulldowns and weighted chins with your shoulders shrugged up to your ears so we can see what good form looks like :P

225 for 20 reps on DL is not too crazy, however I find that DL are very effective to work from say 8-10 rep warm-up sets to an all out 6-8rep at a heavy weight because besides the BB squat it is perhats THE best compound movement that stengthens every muscle from your face cheeks to the calves. 20reps are better for me on something like a weight plate lower back extensions as a preexhaust because your legs can tire out before the lower back in DL.

225 for 112...thats ONE HUNDRED AND TWELVE!!!????

wow...

Once I did two sets of 225...ten reps each and felt like the man all day long...

now, Im sad...

112 huh?  I wonder if thats some time of world record?  Maybe Getbig.com can sponsor a video of this and get international recognition... ::)  Surely this remarkable feat of strength should be known throughout the world?

I think perhaps Savickas and other beasts could manage to do 100 reps.

I've talked to a few guys who have pulled 700-800 lbs, and only a few of them considers 100 reps a slight possibility.

Then enter a guy who at his heaviest pulled 600 lbs.

He claims to have pulled not 100 reps, but 112.

I am not gonna question his claim, since he stated that he was going to get it on tape.

All I am going to do, is to urge him to get that tape and upload it on youtube.com

I know there was a member on this site that volunteered to go down and help TA film the thing, and check weights et al.

I look forward to the clip being on youtube in a few days.

I hate to say it, Zack, but don't hold your breath.  Like so many of TA's "claims" and "challenges," this one too will not pan out.  He will weasle out of it somehow.  Just watch.

Natural 225 for 100reps at I guess around 170lbs BW?...you'd vomit and pass out probably first.  You'd slow down to a crawling pace after say 40reps and after that the reps will take so long your arms would give out right after your lungs and heartbeat are too fast to complete the lifts.

I am going to give him the benefit of a doubt.

He stated he was going to post a clip. So I hope he is going to be a man of his words.

i'd edit this post quickly. adam's a slippery snake with the way you phrase things. the way you wrote it, he'll post a video of him doing five or six reps and say "this is just a clip when i was at the end, i made it to 117 reps this time"

Wonder how much it will cost him to fly in the fake weights?  Another Chris Lund shoot.  Douchebag Adonis make sure you pimp the Oakleys.  And also make sure you wear your space/gravity/assclown outfit.

Well, you'll have to ask "The Luke" about that when he comes around next.

Zack, I am going to phone a PLing friend of mine (George Brink) and get his take on all this.
