i disagree. it's not dead, it's just a microcosm of one of the smallest subsets of society. men that work out, like to look at buff bodies, and learn how to use steroids. 20s-30s generations. got love their view on so many things! ;)

May not be a "death panel", but I can see that some government bureaucrat (appointed not elected) is going to making decisions on who gets what treatment. Not to mention the fact that ObamaCare has zero to do with health care and everything to do with health insurance, and the eventual take over by government of the entire health care system. Just one more step by the government to sacrifice the 90% to benefit the 10%.
