Well...in 2010, when Skip La Cour interviewed Layne Norton at the Mr. Olympia expo, one YouTube comment read "Liar's Unite!"

PS - But seriously, I have no idea. He was 5'10.5" and in contest shape at 210-215. That's huge IMO, but he also had ridiculous muscle bellies that made him look bigger than he was. Having spoken to him in person extensively, I think you have to be near him to see just how freaky his muscle bellies are, particular those in his arms.

Skip lacour is a good personal friend. I have gone on excursions with him for months at a time and thoroughly checked his luggage and belongings without his knowledge. Not only did I never find any drugs or needles, but over this time he got BIGGER, not smaller. I then began to truly dedicated myself to bodybuilding, quit my job, invested in bitcoin and other various stocks and have lived off investments ever since. I gained similar results due to my tremendous outwork attitude towards life. There is nothing wrong with 20 sets of heavy squats or training 2 to 3 x a day on top of accessory if you have the time.
Bottom line, steroids are for liars and cheaters who are impatient.

4 plates on incline machine press is tough as hellThat's more like a decline at the start, but I usually started standing up then slide down into the seat to get the weight loaded then start the set. The arc of the travel is more of a decline than flat bench though and it is easier than pressing the free weight since you are levering the weights.
He was very fortunate most if not all pros have to pay for their gear.
