havent trained since Saturday last

went today I was seizing up, my back is still not 100% but I needed a good stretch

6 sets lat pulldowns 40k
5 sets machine dips 70k
4 sets leg ext 1 fucking plate on the stack, my knees are killing me

lots of low back and piriformis stretches

Hoist roc it cable machine curls - 5 sets 10
Nautilus curls 3 sets last one quad drop
One arm preacher machine 3 sets last 2 triple drop

Wrist curls 5 x 20
Reverse wrist 4 x 20
Pinwheel curls 3 x 12

Done in 45 minutes

gee,we have the Hoist Roc-It stuff at our gym.......some are good,but some suck.

I do not understand the "logic" behind the design.

I use the curl one the row and the pull-down

Bit gimmicky but I like the theory behind it!


I’m now training each day at 4 pm keeps me sane and keeps it varied

Means I end the day with an endorphin buzz

Am tightening thaw diet up and about to start a test deca 10 weaker- may be 20!

Back in love with the iron again no buzz like it

I`m going back to 6 days a week soon,but am now doing 4,as I missed a month of training.

Cleaning up  my diet also......TRAIN HARD!!

In my opinion, the newer Hoist stuff sucks.  My work gym has a 30 plus year old Hoist multi-station which is outstanding.

Henda, look into private clinics for TRT prescriptions, mate. They're all the rage now in the UK. From what I've seen, they're expensive, but qualified doctors will do HGH and testosterone at dosages tailored to your own lab results. It will be much safer than using bathtub shit and trying to send bloods occasionally to some online chemist.

They'll be able to check the function of all your organs, so it should be pretty safe. Also, bear in mind you've pretty much been through a near-death experience and a big break-up. It's going to fuck with your head for a while. As gay as it sounds, you should look into talking with someone just to better organise your own thoughts. You'll feel better and ready to start fingering birds round the back of the Pig & Whistle come summer time.

Thanks mate I’ve seen the adverts coming up all over for uk trt clinics, problem is I’m very money orientated If I was to use true trt dose it would cost £1 a week vs £400 a quarter haha. I will inform the doctor I’m using again and I do have to have semi regular blood work although haven’t heard from docs in a bit although due my yearly review soon as it’s been nearly a year since being Ill.

I fully agree with your points about head not being right it hasn’t been since life changed so much mainly after the break up it’s more so living with my daughter I miss life is now a cycle of being ecstatic the few days before she comes for the weekend and severely depressed the day she leaves I do miss her mother too and being a family I feel tremendous guilt that my actions caused the situation, I stupidly jumped into another relationship straight away but that ended 8 weeks ago as I never really bothered with her. Just not sure I can go sit down and talk to someone funnily enough I had an old mate visit a few days ago and he was telling me of his troubles and how therapy has helped him

Most of ours suck,but I like a few.

I find if you do  the movement slow and controlled the machines feel much better.

chest

incline flye machine- 3 sets last set triple drop
nautlius incline press- 5 sets last 2 triple drop
pec dec flyes- 4 sets 12 last 1 triple drop
panatta decline press- 3 sets
dip machine- 1 mega set- started out on a weight I could get 5 with, dropped by 2 every time I hit failure- unsure of how many drops but by the end I was in bits- must have been 40 odd reps and the  lactic acid was immense

now an eveing grazing eating half a side of salmon and a roast chicken then bed!
