Compare any of my workouts in this thread, for any bodypart,to the same bodypart as yours.
Come back with the bag of groceries and flutter kicks comment,then shutup and go and really compare your baby bullshit workouts to any of mine........plus I get my shit done quickly which means it`s done with intensity while you post on getbig and watch videos between sets...........great tunnelvision,that`s why you suck.
You know nothing about how to train or construct a workout........5 sets of leg extensions one day for quads,and 5 sets of leg curls on another day does not equal two fucking leg workouts. LOL
