Brian I don't boast at all about my physique. I post about how my training is going and the progress I am making.
It is your fault that after 20 years on gear you have 25' legs and 16' calves.
Its my fault after 14 weeks back training I have 26.5 legs and 18' calves.

Its because of muscle memory and dedication.

When I get to a position I am happy with I will either put up pics or enter a competition and after undergoing a 16 week prep do my very best. I will likely take advice off Jeff, and Nathan De Asha. But be assured I competed years ago so I know I have the mental strength to do so again.

What I won't do is take speed to try to make me cut. I won't end up with a bleeding arsehole. I won't end up talking about Scooby doo and kicking out in my car. And above all I won't seek the approval of strangers as to who I am and what defines me.

Brian you failed at MMA.

Trained hard and fast.....moderate weight,pyramid style,very little rest,working around my 3 bulging lower back discs.

Cable Lateral Raise Behind Back - 4 sets (no rest,just kept alternating arms)
Face- Pulls - 4 sets

Super-Set # 1:
{Cable Curls - 4 sets
{Triceps Pressdowns - 4 sets

Super-Set # 2:
{Hoist Curl Machine - 3 sets
{Hoist Seated Triceps Machine -  3 sets

Bent-Forward Cable Extensions - 2 sets
