Never does it. Same as being able to say clearly “I take 300mg of “TRT” a week”. Never clarified or pinned down because he’s a liar who tries to imply things he knows arent really true.

His real answer is “I don’t one arm dumbbell row, I use a hammer machine” or something similar.

You’re giving him too much credit. Whenever he doesn’t directly answer it means he’s avoiding something. In this case I think Honest Hanky is avoiding that he pretty much uses machines to avoid movements that require legs and lower back strength.

I am not going to change my workout schedule for you idiots but yea I can one arm row 125 for a full set of 8 but yeah you are going to start using too much bicep when you do that and right now I am trained for a curling contest in just over 2 weeks so nope not changing shit around for you idiots

Trained chest,shoulders and triceps with the missus. Did seated dumbbell press with 45kg bells for 10 after 4 chest movements.

4 x cable crossover
3 x incline dumbbell press
3 x decline dumbbell press
3 x flat flyes
3 x seated shoulder press
3 x standing side laterals
3 x tricep pushdowns with rope
3 x bodyweight dips
