Wow that's impressive!  I did a 5k at about that pace a few years ago but my squat at the time would have been more in the 205 range.

- Removed a 10 per side until I got down to 1 per side again (5 sets)

Rob what kind of pool do you have? Salt or chlorine? I have salt and I try and tell myself it has healing properties. But yeah it really seems to help sore joints aches and pains

I have chlorine now but got a quote to change to salt for around 3k price good for a year so I’m converting it next April for sure. I’ve read so many good things about salt and you save they say 50% on chemicals etc… I love hanging in the pool, the wife and kids love it. It’s a blast. And I love doing laps for 30 minutes as it’s a hell of a cardio and shoulder workout.

incline dumbbell press 80 kilo each bell for 10's
x treme incline machine- 6 plates each side for 10

he trains like a machine

he said he will compete one more year an thats it I think he's going gout with a bang
fairly sure he about 308 at present
