Went on a 14-mile mountain bike ride this morning. Lots of terrain and grade changes.

Took a tumble on some sugar sand in a tight downhill turn, need to get a better tire setup, most people using fatter setups for this. Now i know why.

Hot as shit today.

We have a climb tomorrow morning, starting at 6am to beat the heat.

Yesterdays back training;

5 x 10 standing cable lat pullover
6 x 10 lat pulldown
4 x 10 close parallel grip pull ups
5 x 12 laying incline dumbbell rows x 45kg bells (biggest in shop)
3 x 3 230kg deadlifts with double overhand grip, no straps only chalk.

Hoist pull-down - 4 sets x 10 last set 3 plates and a 15 each end so progress for me
Panatta pulllover - 3 sets triple drop 3/2/1 plates a side
Hoist row- stack 260lb 3x12
Atlantis cable dumbbell style row- support knee on platform other foot flat full extension no bounce pause at top 3x12 64kg

Pushed it today minimal rest and super strict felt like test and deca 1ml is kicking in
