Sprinting at the track a few days ago, then went to the gym tonight to burn off all the banana bread I ate. Around 6 sets on leg press, 5 sets flat bench, 5 sets bicep curls, 3 sets triceps pull-downs, and a bunch of lateral raises for shoulders. Gym was busy so I just wandered around and pissed about.

Warm today...
Will do an upper body workout today. I just cannot get into working single muscle groups with multiple exercises & sets.
I prefer fewer exercises & concentrate on them.
If you get good results from one or two exercises for a muscle group, why waste time on other fluff exercises?

sometimes it´s better to go back to the start where you just did not know fuck all about all the fancy exercises or principles.

dip machine 3  15

all weights moving up reps clean but wiped out. now home for food and sleep

Two plates as in 225 for 8 after, as you say, 9 sets in?  (I counted 11.)

you are too kind gents- I am not a strong presser- proper baby joints and only press after pre exhausting or my elbos/ rotator cuff's take a pasting-  but I can pull a fair bit. best I ever did on the incline was 310 for 8. I'm well off that but I'm 50 now and 4 weeks into 1ml of test and 1m l of deca. I also don't drop below 6 reps and then I will see it as a fail and drop a bit of weight and rep out. I used to be a heavy duty advocate but after 4 weeks I would burn out- this is fun and the pumps and weekly improvements are solid- but as I say some way to go

Just enjoying the ride at the minute. Loving the gym and the discipline of the eating, resting, training, sleeping

apologies- the last set was the 11th- I only counted the first 2 exercise! either way I was fatigued but give it a go. things are moving in the right direction for me so I am just keeping going!
