Hoist Seated Machine Curls - 3 X 12 (constant weight)

Seated Triceps Extensions - 4 X 20,12,10,10 (pyramid style...EZ-Curl Bar)
Pressdowns - 3 X 20,15,12 (pyramid style)
Hoist Triceps Dip Machine - 1 X 30

Super-Set:
{Wrist Curls - 4 X AMRAP
{Reverse Wrist Curls - 4 X AMRAP

Good one.....arms and delts looking vascular as a prick!!!

When I started back after doing jackshit for 5 years I had zero veins and was soft..........not anymore!

Leg curls - 40 reps over 4 sets
Seated behind neck press superset Alt db curls - 2 sets

I'm in Turkey with the kids until weds so I've just been picking a bodypart a day and doing an isolation exercise to warm up 5x 12 45 second rest then a compound move for 10x10

Weird but pumped to hell in 30 minutes

8 sets of leg extensions sets of 20-50
Superset
8 sets calf raises 185 1 set of 50,225 7 sets of 20

8 sets db shoulder presses 70s sets of 20s
6 sets db laterals 20s sets of 12
6 sets palms up front raises 20s sets of 15
6 sets barbell shrugs 275 sets of 12
