8 sets standing calf raises on smith 185-315 sets 50-10

8 sets incline db press 60,70,80,90,100 for 15s, 110,120,130 for 10s

8 sets db upright rows 35s sets of 15

8 sets barbell shrugs 315 sets of 10

8 sets palms up front raises 25s sets of 12

8 sets of bw dips sets of 15

Walked 5 miles.

Well done, sir.  I do not think I could stand a 5 mile walk, LOL!

Completely gone mops.......but it has been a recurring thing for years.

In the past I would get it and in a week or so it would dissipate, until a few months later,then it would return for 5-7 days and so on.......this time,the pain was fucking incredible and it lasted much longer.....I just hope it never comes back cuz it was bitch.

45 min - Back - normal shit. 

60 min of rounds

Heavy rope rows with the sled and push back
10 x overhead med ball throw - 100lbs
10 x 100lb DB rows
5 pull ups
10x burpee plus 300lb tire flip

30 min - walk at 4.0 pace


Feeling great.

machine side raises 2 working drop sets
rope tricep ext 2 working sets

also tried a new machine today a seated tricep extension, nice feeling, 4 good sets moderate intensity

Im jumping into a show in 4 weeks 3rd Sept PCA Manchester over 50s
I can work at something new prior to my main show on the 24th Sept.
