Thanks for all the messages
Check in this morning went well, weighed 208 this am thats 16lbs up on my show weight last November
I was severely depleted back then, a long time on no carbs.
Carb cycled this last few weeks which has allowed me to hold onto some lean tissue

Happy with how I looked this morning
Its 19.30 here now, just rice cakes as carb source now until stage time
Will have some scrambled eggs in the morning, check in time is 09.30, should be onstage at around 12/12.30

Two more coats of tan to go

hammer single leg extensions 5 x 15- constant weight last set triple drop wanted to cry
legs together thing- 4 x 15
panatta squat- 6 x 8 45 seconds betwen sets increasing weight- last set 3 plates and 10 each side (not huge I know but moving nicely)
panatta leg bridge leg press 5 x 20- stupidly decided to chase a quad pump  2 plates 3 / 4/ 5/ 6- not huge but 45 seconds between sets

I was hammered at this point, drenched in sweat

had 10 minutes dying then

calf raise 6 x 15
seated calf raise 6 x 20

zero weight calf raise managed 43 reps until the lactic acid killed me

Only managed 4th out of 5 in the classic class, great competitors out of my league , glad I did it though there was only one person in the over 50s.
Sooner compete than just pick up a winners trophy I didnt realy earn (Brian take note)

Got an invite to the finals for my age category (over 50s)

First time I have got a round of applause for still being alive  ;D

Have some food and relax now, get back to the grind for the England show in 3 weeks

You do realize I placed in my first NPC show in the open division as well against guys in their 20s when I was in my 40s? Despite you guys lying again and again I was not last. Again though you are dieting for the show yes? And you plan to diet again in 3 weeks? That is a lot of stress on the body you are going to carb up and down again in 3 weeks?

Funny when I was all alone in one of my Masters Over-40 contests,you somehow failed to mention that I also placed 4th. in the Open against much younger guys in their 20`s......funny how that works huh?

How can you call eating lean beef,fish,oats,yams,potatoes,rice,sweet potatoes,eggs,eggwhites,chicken,turkey,veggies,essential fats,etc. etc .,unhealthy ???

Your diet of fast greasy take out foods,ie. Chinese carry out,buffalo wings,subs,pizza,sushi,french fries,nice french toast,etc. etc. plus shitloads of Gatorade,soda,cookies,chips,ice cream,popsicles,gravy,flour based fucking dumplings,and other assorted garbage is like you are digging your grave with a knife and fork.

Sure those foods taste great and should be eaten occasionally, but they make up 99+3/4 % of your diet.

If you ate right,you`d possibly look better........MAYBE.

A very childish lack of discipline on your part, and you call yourself a competitive bodybuilder?

You have no clue how to eat in general,or how to diet for a contest..........in fact I`m sure you more than likely do thanks to Google and Flex magazine,but you lack the discipline to do either.
