Just great shapely physiques and better conditioning, my main show is in three weeks at the NABBA England
Guy who won competed last week in the medium Mr class, he won that as well, I advised him to stick with classic at the finals, he was perfect for the class.

Got three weeks now to try and make some changes and pull it together
Will likely do the PCA finals now over 50s 16th October its 2 weeks before the Universe (just need to qualify at the England now)
Met a guy I will be up against at the England this weekend nice guy, look forward to seeing him on the 24th in Brierley.
