Chest / Pressing

Bench - 4 sets (Worked up to a single w/ 285)
(1st time in 15 months I was able to bench (for real) no slingshot or shoulder protection. Just hoping to get back to 315 for a single and hang there
).
Close grip bench - 4 sets
JM Press - 4 sets
Incline bench - 4 sets
D-Bell bench - 4 sets
Gymnast Ring pushups - 4 sets

I think the worst days for shoulder are behind me (finally).


Makes actual threads about how weak I am supposedly then lifts less than me

Is there a reason you can' train during waking hours? You train at 4am are you waking up at 3:30 am and why do you think the weights won't be there after sunrise? WTF are you so busy doing during normal daylight hours? Sleep is essential

I'm self employed and busy.   I get 7 hours a night of sleep.

I keep to a consistent routine and have a crew of 4 who train w me and we meet at 4 am daily.  It just works for me.  The gym is not packed and I can train the way I want wo interference or interruption.

Preference I would guess. Mine is similar.
I wake between 3-4 AM. Train at 6 AM.
Work 8 - 4:30(ish)
In bed around 7 PM. (sleep 8-9 hours a night).

I hate training after the work day. Eyes on screens all day, gives that odd "burnt out" lazy-yawning type of tired.

Most people are awake the same amount of time, its just at different hours. (And many prefer AM over PM training)...

straight cable pulldown 3 x 15
panatta t-bar thingy- 3 x 10
DY Low row- 3 x 10
Hoist Row- 2 x 15

intensity and weights are going up so volume coming down slightly- the heat is also a killer for me.
 
good workout but slight twinge in lower back on last set so cut it short- better to recover than ruin it!

am sleeping 12 hours each night at present. diet is good but need to be more disciplined on timings of food. will pick this up in 3 weeks
