No I am not going to post a current pic for the standard Getbig 6 weeks at least. I still have some swelling from the surgery and I am definitely a little softer. But I can say I am excited to use my trap bar tomorrow for the first time. Will keep it real light but enough volume to wake up the body. I feel like I have been in winter hibernation and I am waking back up now. Exercise changes your entire physiology and metabolism it's not just the muscle group you trained that day.
