Just walk the dog twice a day, not far though he runs and fetches a ball.

I have been carb cycling but Im very carb sensitive

I did something last week that worked really well, I plan to do the same think day of the show

Large bowl of oats and sugar first thing then some simple carbs in the form of some cake about 2 hours before stage

Last week I did was full and vascular great pump and dry

Just need to make sure Im low carb for 4 days or so prior to show day

Will be trialing it again tomorrow

Hoist Seated Curl Machine - 4 X 12,8,10,15

Single Arm Pressdowns - 4 X 20,12,12,12 (no rest,just alternated arms)
Bent-Forward Cable Extensions - 3 X 15,12,12
Hoist Triceps Dip Machine - 3 X 20,15,15
Pressdowns - 1 X failure (got 37 reps...rest pause city)

Super-Set:
{Wrist Curls - 4 X AMRAP
{Reverse Wrist Curls - 4 X AMRAP

Hammer Grip DB Wrist Curls - 3 X 12-15

60 min - 15 rounds

Walk on treadmill at 3.0 pace.

Anybody training around tennis elbow?  Got it in both arms.  Dropped weight 30% and trying to stay in the 15 rep range.  Anti-inflammatory drugs don't do much and the slightest mistake when lifting sets the elbows off for two weeks.  Sucks...

I had it bad I got cortisone injections for it every 6 months for about 2 years then it just got better feels fine now

Warm up with light high rep pressdowns on any upperbody days...30-50  reps,3 sets, and lower all other poundages.

You may have to  take some time off.

Thats inflammation .   I had it in my knees while upping rucking miles too much too fast.   It took weeks to go away.
